- By commissioning me you are automatically accepting my terms of service
- my work is to NEVER be sold or used as an NFT or for AI art
- YOU MAY be charged for major changes after sketch phase, depending on what needs to be changed. Keep in contact with me for more details.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission, with or without reason.- Payment is done through PayPal! .you may pay all upfront or till I finish your sketch (and it has been approved) I will send your account the invoice.- Refunds are 100% if I have not progressed past the sketch stage, all other refunds will be 50% (if i decide I cannot take the commission anymore, you'll be refunded 100%)- if I decide I cant provide a commission for you, I will be more than happy to refer you to someone who can- Commissioned art is for personal use only. But you may discuss with me about Commercial use before I start the commission- YOU MAY make personal use of it / repost, such as icons or headers in social media, credit is very appreciated!As the author of the piece, I reserve the right to-Upload your commission on any of my websites;
